After moving to Philadelphia to attend Drexel University’s Music Industry Program, I’ve had the privilege of getting to know a ton of talented, creative, and passionate individuals. As someone who enjoyed hosting parties back in high school, I learned early on that my true passion lies in bringing people together.

 

I decided to curate an event series that merges my passion for live music with my favorite pastime: eating and drinking with good friends. This is how Calm Shindig was born.

 

Over the course of two summers, each Shindig has experienced tremendous growth. With the support of dedicated friends, family, and a network of musicians, this idea has been able to become both a valuable platform and a scalable business. My goal is to continue showcasing my favorite emerging artists, DJs, and musicians in a laid-back, welcoming environment, on the largest scale possible.

If attendees wake up the next day with a new friend, an appreciation for the music, a smile on their face, or even just a hangover, our mission is complete.
